A long time Zen prac­ti­tioner, David is also an accom­plishedd Reiki mas­ter, a vegan and ani­mal rights activist, and a Raw Foods & Nat­ural Health instructor/​coach. He leads and orga­nizes Con­scious­ness & Heal­ing Foods sem­i­nars and work­shops through­out the country.
